The Approve/Ban List is divided into three sections. First is the Friends list, this allows your friends, family and business associates to bypass spam bully's filter mechanisms so you will always receive their emails. Next is the waiting to be approved area. This area shows you users that have successfully responded to your query email and are waiting to be approved and added to your friends list. Third is your Spammers list. Any user in this list is automatically banned from ever sending you mail. Any email message sent from this user is instantly listed as spam.
Each list can be managed with the following buttons.
Approve - Moves the email address to the Friends list and all messages with same sender are moving from your Spambox to your Inbox for each account.
Ban - Moves the email address to the Spammers list and all messages with same sender are moved from the Inbox to the Spambox for each account.
Add - You may also manually add contacts in the same way you normally do in outlook.
Delete - You may also manually remove contacts in the same way you normally do in outlook.
Special Conditions:
You may block or allow an entire domain by adding a *@domainname.com to either list. This will allow all users from the given domain to either be considered as friends or spammers depending on what list you add this to. This is particularly helpful if you work at a particular company you can add that entire domain to the friends list or to block entire domains from known spam domains. Tip: From your mailbox folders you can also quickly approve or ban an entire domain by highlighting a message and holding down the SHIFT-key while clicking the spam or not spam button.
