Spam Bully options helps to customize Spam Bully to your specific needs. To access Spam Bully options in Outlook; Go to Tools > Options menu item. Then click the "Spam Bully" tab.

Automatically approve - Checking this will allow for anyone that successfully responds to the automated email is added to your white list automatically.
Block attachments of these file types - Remove attachments that can have viruses. We recommend this to help limit the spread of email type viruses.
Bounce known spam message - Send a bounce mail to known spam.
Send confirmation messages - Send a confirmation letter to a sender that are not in any email lists and get through the intelligent spam filter. If this option is off, mail will be added to Inbox, but sender are not automatically added to White list.
Automatically mark spam as read - this will mark spam messages read automatically when it moves them to the spam folder.

Good email filter priority setting - This allows you to set your filter senstivity. Setting it low will allow more messages through. Setting filter to high will block more messages but could block legitimate emails. In general it is not recommended that you adjust this. But for those that like to fiddle with things we have this adjustment as an option.

Time to wait for confirmation message from user: - This is the number of days that spam bully will look for a response from someone it has queried asking whether the message they sent was spam or not.
Remove Spams: - Check this box to enable auto removal of old spam messages
Remove spam messages after: - This is the number of days the spam messages are kept before they are automatically deleted from spam bully. Any spam messages older than this will be removed.

Folders:
Messages: - This allows to set the location and name of the folders for receiving good mail and spam mails. To move messages to a subfolder you can enter Inbox\Spam . This would move messages to a Spam subfolder of Inbox.
Contacts: - Spam Bully also allows you to maintain a Friends and Spammers list. There is also users who have responded to your confirmation message but haven't yet been approved by you. You can change the names of these folders to whatever you think is appropriate.
Confirmation Letter:
The confirmation letter contains the message text a user will see who sends a message that the filter is unable to determine whether it is spam. A special password image file is attached that a user can respond to and will then move to your approving list or to your whitelist depending on your settings. You may change the contents of this message if you choose. You can make changes to this message by simply making changes to the message directly.
