The "Accounts Panel" show your list of accounts protected by spam bully. There is one new folder added to outlook entitled spam. The spam folder holds all emails that have been blocked by spam bully.
Accounts can be manage by two buttons added to Outlook,
Spam - This button allows you to mark a message as spam and move it to your spam folder. SpamBully then learns from this message so in the future it will be better able to notice this type of message as spam.
Not Spam - This Button allows you to approve a message that spam bully has accidentally blocked as spam.
Bounce - Click this button to manually bounce a message. Hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys when pressing the bounce button to move message to spam list and add user to the spammers list when you bounce this message.
Spam Bully Outlook Menu:
A special menu is added to your Outlook menu choices. It provides shortcuts to various features of spam bully.
Inbox: - Shortcut to your inbox.
Spambox: - Shortcut to your spam folder.
Approve list: - List of users that are waiting for approval.
Friends list: - List of people you will always receive email from. Users on this list bypass spam bully filters.
Spammers list: - List of users who are banned from sending you email. any email from this user is automatically marked as spam.
