Approve/Ban List

The Approve/Ban List is divided into three sections. First is the Approved/Friends, this allows your friends, family and business associates to bypass spam bully's filter mechanisms so you will always receive their emails. Next is the waiting to be approved area. This area shows you users that have successfully responded to your query email and are waiting to be approved and added to your friends list. Third is your Banned/Spammers List. Any user in this list is automatically banned from ever sending you mail. Any email message sent from this user is instantly listed as spam.

Each list can be managed with the following buttons.

Approve - Moves the email address to the Approve/Friends list and all messages with same sender are moving from your Spambox to your Inbox for each account.

Ban - Moves the email address to the Banned/Spammers list and all messages with same sender are moved from the Inbox to the Spambox for each account.

Add - Manually add an email address to a list, all messages with same sender are moved to the Inbox if performed on the approved list and moved to the SpamBox if performed on the blacklist.

Delete - Remove all selected email addresses from list.

Import - Add from text file or from Windows Address Book a list of email addresses. the format of the text file needs to be "Friends name" <friend@server.com>.

Export - Export list to text file in format "Friends name" <friend@server.md>.

Select all - Select all emails from list. The Shortcut key is CTRL+A.

You can also access pertinent menus by right clicking on an email address.
