I'm using Outlook and while Spam Bully is correctly identifying spam messages, it isn't moving them into the spam folder.

This can occur when you move messages with message rules out of the inbox in Outlook and spam bully does not get a chance to review those messages.

To solve this problem, you can add each of the folders that you want processed by Spam Bully to the "Check Folders" dialog.

Go to the "Spam Bully" menu > Select "Configure Spam Bully" > Select "Check Folders" and add each of the folders you want Spam Bully to automatically process.

NOTE: Do not add the "Inbox" to this list as it is already processed on each mail check.
