I am getting error messages. My email program is shutting down or acting erratically. What is wrong?

1. See what version of Spam Bully you have. 

See "SpamBully 3 menu > About"

See if your version # is the latest version by visiting this link http://www.spambully.com/download.php and comparing your version # to what is available.   If you do not already have the most recent version, close Outlook or Outlook Express.  Uninstall SpamBully from the Add/Remove program files in your computers Control Panel.  Then download and reinstall SpamBully from the link above.

2:  If you are using Outlook make sure you have installed all of the latest service packs. http://office.microsoft.com/ProductUpdates/default.aspx If you are using Outlook Express, check this link for the latest version. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&displaylang=en

Step 3: Make sure you have installed the latest service packs and updates for
Windows. See "Start > Windows Updates" to install the latest patches and updates for Windows.

Step 5:  If the problem still persists, Please contact us at http://www.spambully.com/contact.php.  Please let us know if you have any other Outlook or Outlook Express plugins installed and also what type of anti-virus software you are running if any.  Also, let us know that you have already installed the latest service packs for Outlook and Windows and the version of Spam Bully you have installed.
