Advantages: Quickly search through your email messages.
How does it work: When your computer is idle and your email program is open, SpamBully will begin indexing your email messages. It creates a special index which can be quickly searched. It is very fast and can often return results in one second or less.
Limitations: There are two limitations. First it must index the messages while your system is idle and your mail client is opened. If you have thousands of messages this can take SpamBully some time to index all of your messages. You may need to leave your email client open for a few days while it completes the initial indexing process. Second this index takes up additional disk space.
Recommendations: If you do not already have a fast mail indexer like X1 or Google desktop search then we recommend leaving the search feature active. If you already have a different fast search tool you can disable the search feature in the options.
